Bible Reading
The Lord visited Sarah as He had said and the Lord did unto Sarah as He had spoken. For Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age at the set time of which God had spoken to him. Abraham called the name of his son Isaac. ... Abraham was 100 years old when his son Isaac was born unto him. (Genesis 21:1-5)
God enabled
Abraham and Sarah to get a child when they were very old because Abraham was 100 years old (Genesis 21:5) and Sarah was 90 years old (Genesis 17:17) when Isaac was born.
Therefore believe that God can enable you to get a child even if you are very old or very sick or very whatever because With God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26) and God is not a respector of persons (Acts 10:34) which means that what He did for Abraham and Sarah He can also do for you.
However you must have faith and believe that God can do it for you because Abraham did not stagger at the promise of God through unbelief but he was strong in faith, giving glory to God and being fully persuaded that what God had promised He was also able to perform. (Romans 4:20-21)
Therefore since God has promised us that You shall be blessed above all peoples and there shall not be a male or female barren among you (Deuteronomy 7:14) believe without wavering that you shall have a child and read How to Increase your Faith to strengthen your faith in God. In addition, praise God while being fully convinced that He can give you a child.
