The steps of the War Room Prayer Strategy for your Finances are as follows:

1. Identify the Devil's Device

The devil uses many strategies to fight God's people but We are not ignorant of his devices. (2 Corinthians 2:11) Theses devices of the devil include false accusations, confusion, deception, destruction and temptation.

You can identify the device being used against your finances by paying attention to what you are experiencing. For example if your money is being stolen or your financial assets are being destroyed, know that destruction is the device being used because The thief does not come except to steal, kill and destroy. (John 10:10)

We can see the devil using this device when the Midianites, Amalekites  and other people from the East would go to Israel and destroy all that they could to ensure the Israelites did not have any sustenance, sheep, ox or donkeys. As a result of this destruction, the Israelites were greatly impoverished. (Judges 6:1-6)

To deal with this device of destruction, you must come to Jesus because He says, “The thief comes to steal, to kill and to destroy. I have come so that they may have life and have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10)

Thus we can see that while the thief or the devil comes to destroy by stealing, killing or demolishing your assets, Jesus came to do the opposite and give you an abundant life.

Therefore if you are suffering because of the devil's destructive effects on your finances, invite Jesus into your life by accepting Him as your Lord and Savior. To do this say with your mouth that “Jesus is Lord” and believe in your heart that when He died for our sins, God raised Him from the dead and you will be saved. (Romans 10:9)

2. Put on the Armor of God
The Bible instructs us to, "Put on the whole armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the tricks of the devil." (Ephesians 6:11)

The armor of God consists of the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the belt of truth, the shoes of the Gospel of peace, the shield of faith and the sword of the spirit which is the Word of God. (Ephesians 6:14-17)

Put on the whole armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. ... Take up the whole armor of God so that you may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all, continue standing. (Ephesians 6:11-13)

To put on this armor of God you have to do the following:
1. Put on the helmet of salvation by saying with your mouth that “Jesus is Lord” and believing in your heart that when Jesus died for our sins, God raised Him from the dead and you will be saved. (Romans 10:9)

2. Put on the breastplate of righteousness by doing the right thing in the sight of God.

3. Tie the belt of truth by being truthful in all your dealings  and especially financial dealings.

4. Put on the Gospel of peace by reading your Bible every day.

5. Take up the shield of faith by believing God and His Word in the Bible because this will help you neutralize the attacks of the enemy. You should also make a point of listening to preaching of the Gospel each day because Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. (Romans 10:17)

6. Take up the sword of the spirit which is the word of God by speaking Scriptures over your financial situation.

3. Praise and Thank God
The Bible tells us to Enter into His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise. (Psalm 100:4)

This means that when you want to enter God's presence you have to thank Him and praise Him.

Therefore begin praising God by reading and personalizing praise psalms like the following:

Bless the Lord O my soul and do not forget all His benefits:
He forgives all my iniquities,
He heals all my diseases,
He redeems my life from destruction,
He crowns me with lovingkindness and tender mercies,
He satisfies my mouth with good things
So that my youth is renewed like the eagle's. (Psalm 103:2-5)

Bless the Lord O my soul and do not forget all His benefits: He forgives all my iniquities, He heals all my diseases, He redeems my life from destruction, He crowns me with lovingkindness and tender mercies, He satisfies my mouth with good things So that my youth is renewed like the eagle's. (Psalm 103:2-5)

You can also play Christian praise songs on your DVD player or computer or radio and singing along.

Combine praising God with thanking Him for what He has done for you in the past and praising Him for what He will do for you in the future.

You can also praise God for Who He is especially if you need Him to use those attributes to help you. For example if you need Him to provide for your finances you can praise Him by saying, "I praise You because You are Jehovah Jireh (Genesis 22:14) the Lord Who Provides."

4. Pray Effectively
The Bible tells us that The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person availeth much. (James 5:16)

Therefore, once you are in the presence of God begin praying effectively so that your prayers can achieve a lot by using Bible verses since The SWORD of the spirit is the WORD of God. (Ephesians 6:17)

Ensure that you are also praying fervently by proclaiming the scriptures passionately and enthusiastically.

The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person availeth much. (James 5:16)

Bible verses or SWORD WORDS that you can use to pray effectively and fervently for your health include:

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to save me now I pray O Lord and send me prosperity now . (Psalm 118:25)

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to help me prosper in all things and to be in health just as my soul prospers. (3 John 1:2)

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to grant me plenty of goods in the fruit of my body, in the increase of my livestock and in the produce of my land. (Deuteronomy 28:11)

SWORD WORDS from the Bible to say as Warfare Prayers and Christian Affirmations for your Finances

As you pray effectively and ardently using your SWORD WORDS, ensure that you are also living a righteous life because The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much (James 5:16) and The eyes of God are on the righteous and His ears are open to their prayers. (1 Peter 3:2)

Ensure that you have also confessed your sins to God and asked for His forgiveness because The Lord’s hand is not shortened that it cannot save you and His ear is not heavy that He cannot hear you. But your iniquities have separated you from your God and your sins have hidden His face from you so that He will not hear. (Isaiah 59:1-2)

5. Have Faith
As you pray for your finances, you have to believe that you will receive what you are asking for because we are told to Ask in faith (James 1:6)

Therefore if you are praying for a financial breakthrough, you have to pray while seeing with yourself with your mind's eye holding your bank statement with the amount of money you are believing God to give you because Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)

Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)

If you feel or think that you do not have faith, know that is a lie because God has dealt to each person a measure of faith. (Romans 12:3)

If you feel or think that your faith is too small to achieve anything, know that that is also a lie because Jesus taught, "If you have faith as small a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." (Matthew 17:20)

If you find that your faith is wavering because you are not sure if you will receive what you are asking, simply pray "Lord I believe. Help my unbelief." (Mark 9:24)

6. Fast
Jesus taught that somethings have to be dealt with by combining prayer with fasting when He said, "This kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting." (Matthew 17:21

Therefore combine praying with abstaining from food for 1 day or 3 days or 21 days or 40 days. If you have never fasted before you can begin by skipping 1 meal. If you have any medical condition or you are taking medication, please consult your doctor first.

"This kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting." (Matthew 17:21)

As you abstain from food ensure that you are not engaging in other pleasurable activities or taking advantage of people because when the Israelites asked God “Why have we fasted and You do not see? (Isaiah 58:3) He told them, “On the day you fast, you find pleasure and exploit your laborers.” (Isaiah 58:3)

7 Promises of God Scriptures for your Finances

7. Cling to God's Promises
As you wait to receive what you are praying for, emulate Abraham for Abraham did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief. But he was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God while being fully convinced that what God had promised, He was able to perform. (Romans 4:20-21)

Therefore meditate on the Promises of God for your financial prosperity while being fully convinced that what God has promised in His Word, He is able to perform for you just as He did for Abraham and also because All the promises of God in Jesus Christ are Yes and Amen. (2 Corinthians 1:20)

Abraham did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief. But he was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God while being fully convinced that what God had promised, He was able to perform. (Romans 4:20-21)

Some of the promises of God for financial prosperity that you can meditate on include:

Honor the Lord with your possessions and with the first fruits of all your increase so that your barns will be filled with plenty and your vats will overflow with new wine. (Proverbs 3:9-10)

"Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so that there may be food in My house and try Me now in this," says the Lord of hosts, "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing so that there will not be enough room to receive it." (Malachi 3:10)

The person who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord and He will pay back what he has given. (Proverbs 19:17)

Blessed is the person who fears the Lord God, Who delights greatly in His commandments. Their descendants will be mighty on the earth. The generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches will be in their house. (Psalm 112:1-2)

The righteous cry out and the Lord God hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. (Psalm 34:17)

Blessed is the person who considers the poor for the Lord will deliver them in time of trouble. The Lord will preserve them and keep them alive and they will be blessed on the earth. He will not deliver them to the will of their enemies. The Lord will strengthen them when they are ill and sustain them on their sickbed . (Psalm 41:1-3)

Do not be afraid because I am with you. Do not be dismayed because I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you with my right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)

Do not be afraid because I am with you. Do not be dismayed because I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you with my right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)

SWORD WORDS from the Bible to say as Warfare Prayers and Christian Affirmations for your Finances

8. Speak to the Situation

Jesus taught, "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting." (Matthew 17:20-21)

This shows us that the keys to dealing with impossible situations are your faith, your words, your prayers and your fasting.

Therefore even if you are dealing with a financial situation that the consultants have declared impossible to resolve know that Nothing will be impossible for you (Matthew 17:20) if you combine praying with fasting and having faith in God with speaking to the mountainous financial challenge.

"If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting." (Matthew 17:20-21)

To do this effectively, speak SWORD WORDS like the following every morning and evening:

The Lord is saving me and sending me prosperity right now . (Psalm 118:25)

The Lord is helping me prosper in all things and to be in health just as my soul prospers. (3 John 1:2)

The Lord is granting me plenty of goods in the fruit of my body, in the increase of my livestock and in the produce of my land. (Deuteronomy 28:11)
