Tell us a little about yourself
Nylse is a Christian wife and a mother of four who currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. Originally from the Bahamas, she lived in New York prior to relocating to the West Coast.
She is a Christian Blogger who writes to encourage others from a Godly perspective at www.lifenotesencouragement.com
When she’s not busy with her family, or writing, she is actively involved in the Women’s Ministry at her church.
Nylse recently published her first book on marriage: My Best Marriage Advice: How To Thrive In Your Marriage. Nylse never turns down the opportunity for conversation over a hot cup of tea.
What is your favorite Bible verse?
James 4:8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.
What is your favorite book on Christian living?
Outside of the Bible, I don't have a favorite
What inspired you to start your blog?
I started blogging after my brother passed away but quickly realized that writing was my path to encourage others with Christian principles for living.
What are the goals of your blog?
Spread God's love and encouragement one word at a time.
What is your favorite blogging tool/book/plugin/app/resource and why?
Buffer - it automates posting.
How do you keep yourself motivated during difficult times?
I sing, I read, I run, and I meditate on God's Word.

What advice would you give a new Christian blogger?
If this is what God is calling you to do, be obedient and keep writing. It won't always be perfect but be consistent; do what you are called to do and let God do the rest.
