Nehemiah and the Israelites experienced a lot of opposition when they were working. However they finished their job because they had a mind to work. (Nehemiah 4:6) This means that the people focused on their jobs.
Therefore regardless of the problems you are facing at your workplace, focus your mind on your work and not on the problems surrounding you.
Pray as Nehemiah did (Nehemiah 4:4-5 and 4:9) and ask God to deal with the problematic people and then continue focusing on your work.
In addition, the people also Set their hands to the work. (Nehemiah 2:18)
Therefore, also focus you physical energy on doing your work.
