Christian Prosperity Principles: Part 3

Understanding that you are God's steward is another important Christian Prosperity principle.

This means that you are to take care of whatever God gives you.

We can see that God enriched the Israelites when they were leaving slavery for He told Moses to tell them, "Let every man and woman ask his neighbor for articles of silver and gold." (Exodus 11:2-3)

And God gave the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians and so they gave them what they requested. (Exodus 12:35-26)

Thus the Israelites left Egypt with lots of gold and silver and begun their journey in the wilderness.

While they were in the wilderness God said to Moses, "Tell the Israelites to bring Me an offering. Everyone is to give willingly from his heart. You shall receive from them gold, silver and bronze; blue, purple and scarlet thread, fine linen and goats' hair; red  ram skins, badger skins and acacia wood; oil, spices and onyx stones. And let them construct for Me a sanctuary so that I may dwell within them." (Exodus 25:2-8)

Therefore understand that if God has blessed you with wealth of whatever form, you are to use it wisely because you do not know what the true owner (God) has planned for the wealth He has given you to take care of.
