Bath Melts. Put 2 oz. (60 grams) shea butter and 2 oz. (60 grams) cocoa butter in a glass bowl and melt them in a double boiler or in the microwave for several 10 second bursts. Once they have melted add 2 fl oz. (30 ml) of olive oil, stir with a metal spoon and remove from the heat source and let the mixture cool. Add 15 drops of rosemary essential oil drop by drop as you stir. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and let it harden for several hours. Once hardened, turn the molds over to remove the bath melts.

Bath Tea. Mix 2 cups of rosemary leaves with 15 drops of rosemary essential oil and 1 cup of sea salt. Put the mixture in an air tight jar or you can add a scoopful of the mixture into a cotton bath tea bag and store the filled bath tea bags in the air tight jar.

Body Scrub. Add 50 drops (2.5 ml) of rosemary essential oil (or 10 drops of ylang ylang plus 16 drops of rosemary plus 24 drops of clary sage) to one cup (8 oz or 250 ml) of sweet almond oil or sunflower oil or any other carrier oil. Mix it with ½ cup of Epsom salts or brown or white sugar. Rub it all over your body to remove the dead skin cells and rinse it off to reveal baby soft skin.

Bath Gloves. If you do not want to expend your energy making a body scrub simply buy bath gloves and pour some aromatherapy bath gel on the gloves. Using gentle circular motion, massage your body from the feet towards the heart and then from the fingers towards the heart twice or thrice a week to improve circulation and get rid of dead skin cells.

Body Wrap. Add 20 drops of rosemary essential oil to 3 oz or 100 ml of distilled water and spray it on your towel. Wrap your body in the towel and then wrap a plastic sheet around yourself and relax for 20 min before you unwrap your invigorated self.
