Once you have created your powerful Christian affirmations get in the habit of saying them twice a day because These words that I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall ... talk of them when you lie down and when you rise. (Deuteronomy 6:6-7)

To make yourself develop this habit, write your Christian affirmations in a notebook and place it by your bedside so that you read and say them the first thing in the morning when you rise up and at night when you lie down to sleep.
