2 cups baking soda
1 cup citric acid1 cup sea salt1 cup corn starch1 tablespoon a vegetable oil with anti-inflammatory properties such as Pomegranate oil or Hemp seed oil.
2 oz or 60 ml of Witch hazel
20 drops of essential oils used for the treatment of arthritis such as Eucalyptus, Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint, Roman chamomile, and Rosemary essential oils.
½ teaspoon each of natural colorants to add visual appeal to the bath bombs. Perfect examples include cocoa, turmeric, and paprika.
1 teaspoon dried ground herbs (optional) used to manage arthritis such as arnica flowers, lavender flowers, rosemary leaves

20 drops of essential oils used for the management of eczema such as Geranium, Lavender, Roman chamomile, and Rosemary essential oils½ teaspoon each of natural colorants to add visual appeal to the bath bombs. Perfect examples include cocoa, turmeric, and paprika.
1 teaspoon dried ground herbs (optional) used to manage eczema such as calendula flowers, chamomile flowers, and St John’s wort leaves and flowers.
