Arthritis Bath Bomb Recipe
2 cups baking soda
1 cup citric acid1 cup sea salt1 cup corn starch1 tablespoon a vegetable oil with anti-inflammatory properties such as Pomegranate oil or Hemp seed oil.
2 oz or 60 ml of Witch hazel
20 drops of essential oils used for the treatment of arthritis such as Eucalyptus, Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint, Roman chamomile, and Rosemary essential oils.
½ teaspoon each of natural colorants to add visual appeal to the bath bombs. Perfect examples include cocoa, turmeric, and paprika.
1 teaspoon dried ground herbs (optional) used to manage arthritis such as arnica flowers, lavender flowers, rosemary leaves

Eczema Bath Bomb Recipe
2 cups baking soda
1 cup citric acid1 cup sea salt1 cup corn starch1 tablespoon a vegetable oil beneficial for the management of eczema such as Evening primrose oil, Rose hip oil, Cranberry seed oil, Calendula, Coconut oil, Sweet almond oil, Borage seed oil
2 oz or 60 ml of Witch hazel
20 drops of essential oils used for the management of eczema such as Geranium, Lavender, Roman chamomile, and Rosemary essential oils½ teaspoon each of natural colorants to add visual appeal to the bath bombs. Perfect examples include cocoa, turmeric, and paprika.
1 teaspoon dried ground herbs (optional) used to manage eczema such as calendula flowers, chamomile flowers, and St John’s wort leaves and flowers.
