Natural Coconut Body Scrub Recipe Ingredients
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Coconut oil has been proven to be an effective skin moisturizer. 

1 tablespoon sunflower oil
I recommend mixing the coconut oil with sunflower oil since the coconut oil tends to solidify at room temperature. 
If you do not have sunflower oil you can use other carrier oils like sweet almond oil, olive oil and jojoba liquid wax.

6 tablespoons brown sugar
Sugar contains glycolic acid which loosens the substance that holds the dead cells on the surface of the skin together. This enables them to fall off and leave the more softer cells on the surface which results in a more youthful appearance.
You can use white sugar if you do not have brown sugar.

10 drops lavender essential oil

Aromatherapy Coconut Body Scrub Instructions
1. Mix the sugar with the coconut and sunflower oils.

2. Add the lavender essential oil and mix thoroughly.

3. Scoop the natural body scrub into a jar with an airtight lid.

4.To use it, wet your skin, massage the body scrub and rinse of with warm water.
