Christian Marriage Stress Management

If you are stressed because your marriage is threatened, you have to fight for it spiritually. Begin fighting for your marriage by praying for it. Wedding Scriptures that you can use to pray include:

  1. Father God let not man or woman or money or any other power or problem separate what you have joined together. (ADP Matthew 19:6)

Ask your Pastor and other Christian women as well as Christian men to pray for your marriage also.

After praying, the second step for marriage stress management is to position yourself for marital success by seeking Christian counselling in order to answer the question, "What does the Bible say about marriage?" and to find a lasting solution to your problems.

As you go through the counselling process and wait for your marriage to be healed, meditate on wedding Bible verses and confess the following Bible verses on marriage. Uses these Bible Scriptures as your SWORD WORDS to fight for your marriage since the Word of God is the Sword of the Spirit. (Ephesians 6:17).
