1. PrayPray and ask God to help you stop being afraid.
2. BelieveBelieving that God will help you deal with the thing that is making you afraid is very important because faith in God is the antidote for fear.
Therefore regardless of whether you are afraid of something related to your health, your finances, your family, your ministry or your business, as you pray, believe that God can help you deal with the problems in those areas of your life.
3. Meditate on Bible VersesGo through your Bible and find Scriptures that negate the thing that you are afraid of and use those Bible verses as your Christian meditation whenever the thought of the thing that you are afraid of crosses your mind.
